In July of 2008, owner Gus Makridis opened the Chino Hills eatery with the unique mindset of offering fresh, generous portions of food at a reasonable price, without skimping on service or atmosphere. With a grandfather and father in the restaurant business, it was only natural for Gus to follow in their footsteps and open up a place of his own. Watching them both run successful restaurants, Gus gained invaluable experience, including the importance of making sure every Pacific Fish Grill employee understood and applied the same essential values he was taught.
